Your experience with SBI

by Tara
(Pittsburgh, PA)

Hi Angie,

I learned of your site through a Google search where I was trying to find bad experiences or any negative feedback about Site Build It.

I came across a work-from-home blog I think that you commented on and recommended SBI. I thought I'd check out the site you listed and here is where I am.

I, too, am a Christian and want to work from home (have 4 kids) for myself. I've been doing some part-time consulting for the past 15 years but am passionate about certain things that I decided to develop a website.

I chose a hosting company that was a mistake and lost my $150 investment in that (the return policy was 14 days). Then I did a search today to find ideas for a homemade Halloween grapes costume for my daughter and the link to the author's story about the site and how they make money.

Here's my question: now that it's been almost 2 years since you did your chocolate mall site, would you mind telling me approx. how much income it provides in a given month?

I know that is a personal question, but it's really important for me to know before I sign up with SBI. Any other feedback you are willing to share would be appreciated.

God Bless You!
Tara Conroy

Hi Tara,

I'm pleased to meet you, and I'm happy to share my experience with SBI. I'm still quite over-the-moon about the company. :-)

Yes, hard to believe that I've been using SiteBuildIt for almost 2 years now! The time has flown.

I don't mind telling you how much my chocolate site makes (currently between $500-$800 per month), but it isn't necessarily a measuring stick you can read accurately.

First of all, although I promote affiliate chocolate products, the site is virtually a recipe site. That means I get a lot of people looking for free recipes, not looking to BUY.

I make income from the Google Adsense on the site, but the advertisers don't pay highly in this type of niche, so a site on a different subject (niche) with the same amount of traffic would make a good bit more.

Also, you have to consider how much time you have to spend working on a site. Every person's available time and motivation is different. Some people make much more than I do, much quicker, while others plod slowly along and take much longer to get where they are going.

So, building a website business is a very individual thing with lots of variables. I can't tell you how much YOU would make in any given time period, but what I CAN tell you is that SiteBuildIt definitely works and is more than worth the cost.

I consider 'discovering' SBI to be a direct blessing from the Lord! :-)

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Blessings,
Angie
