White Chocolate Valentine Fudge

white chocolate fudgeDoes your sweetheart love white chocolate? This White Chocolate Valentine Fudge is a delightful gift with its cool minty flavor and deliciously sweet white chocolate.

You can order fudge online at Fannie May Candies or from Candyman Adirondack Chocolates and have it sent directly to your loved one. But I haven't located the white chocolate fudge.

Instead, I thought you might like to use this simple recipe and create your own unique treat.

This recipe uses the lovely taste of peppermint, but you can leave that out if you prefer. You can even add nuts if you like. Use your imagination and personal tastes to decide on the final ingredients.

You can pick up the white chocolate chips at most grocery stores, but I recommend you use the chocolate wafers, melts, or parve from Candyland Crafts. They are good quality, yet inexpensive.

White Peppermint Valentine Fudge

conversation hearts candy
  • 1 1/2 bags of white chocolate chips
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • Red food coloring
  • conversation hearts candy

  1. Line square (8x8) pan with aluminum foil.

  2. In a medium saucepan combine 1 bag of white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat on medium high, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and continue stirring for 5 more minutes. Stir in peppermint extract and red food coloring. Add a couple of drops at a time until you reach the shade you want (pink or red).

  4. Gently fold in remaining chocolate chips and then conversation hearts. Pour into foil lined pans and chill until firm and set.

  5. Cut white chocolate mint fudge into squares. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

This adorable white chocolate valentine fudge with the pink tinge and bits of white chocolate and pastel hearts is not only a lovely gift for your sweetheart, but can be made with your children, individually wrapped, and used for gifts for their classmates.

Pick up some cello favor bags for literally pennies-a-piece at Candyland Crafts and have a ball!
