White Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes
Here's a quick and easy recipe for some White Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes.
Items needed:
- a bowl
- a wooden spoon
- paper cases or candy cups
- white chocolate
- rice crispys
- Melt the chocolate in the bowl - you can microwave it (in 30 second intervals) or over a double boiler.
- Add the rice cripsys, and mix well until thoroughly covered.
- Spoon into the paper cases
- Let them cool and serve.

I always enjoy quick candy recipes like this one. I prefer milk and dark chocolate, but this can easily be made either way.
You could even add some raisins or sultanas to the mixture for an added dimension of flavor and texture. Mmmm.
