Unwrapped Chocolate Storing

I have a question about the best method of unwrapped chocolate storing.

I am making chocolate with molds, but will eventually be putting them in little gift favor bags.

I need to transport them out of state and so I want to start making a week or so earlier. How can I store them if I don't wrap (like lollipops are in plastic).

You can store the molded candy in their party favor wraps if you have them. Just be sure to keep them at a stable temperature so that they don't melt and get the favor wrapper messy.

If you prefer not to wrap them until the last minute, your best option would probably be to place the molded chocolate candy in an airtight container between layers of waxed or greaseproof paper.

Actually, even if you have the favor gift bags and go ahead and put the chocolate lollipops in them, it's still a good idea to keep them in an airtight container and definitely away from anything with strong smells.

We'd love to see your finished favors if you are able to take some photos and use the form to upload them. :)

Have fun!
Angie
