Thank You For Your Website!
by Eilene
Hi Angie,
Just want to thank you for your website. It is very impressive. I am thankful that I found your site.
And it is so cool to read about your love and dedication in serving our Lord Jesus Christ. I just started looking recipes and here I am 3 hours later:), and just really enjoying reading.
I am a stay-at-home mom and loves baking and making favors and treats, mainly just for fun. My sister keeps encouraging me to try and do it as a business.
I am praying about it and asking for wisdom if I can do this, may be to start up really small.
I was reading some of the recipes for chocolate candy making, I am so excited and want to try a lot of the recipes. :)
I decided to write here to personally thank you for your inspiration and may God bless you and your husband in your ministry.
Blessing,
-Eilene
Hi Eilene,
How lovely to hear from you. It's always a blessing and encouragement to me when someone takes the time to thank me for my website.
I've really enjoyed building it, but it has been a lot of work, too. To know that others are enjoying it really means a lot to me.
I'm especially blessed when I discover a sister or brother in Christ. Isn't it fun to meet other Christians?
Believe me Eilene, if I can make Chocolate-Candy-Mall.com, you can certainly build a little business for yourself, too.
Even though it's a lot of work, it doesn't have to be "hard."
I had absolutely no experience or understanding of the web when I started, but using the
SiteBuildIt program made all the difference in the world.
Now, I don't actually make my own chocolate candy to sell (just to eat!). I earn income through referals, etc.
You could do something like I've done, or you could sell your own products. Either way, SBI makes it as easy as it's going to get and still succeed.
If you don't want to sell your products online, you may be able to make some type of arrangement with some local businesses (offices, banks, schools, etc.) to bring in baked goods, homemade candies, etc. to their staff rooms a couple of days a week and earn money that way.
Just don't price your goods too low. Otherwise you'll be doing a lot of work for little reward which defeats the purpose.
The good thing about the way I do it is that once the work is done, it still continues to bring in money without me having to keep up all the hard work. :) Good thing! If I had to be constantly baking and making candy, etc., I'd be as big as a house - I just can't resist sampling everything continuously!
Anyway, if you need any tips or have any special questions that you don't want to ask here for "everyone to see," feel free to send me a private email at angie(at)chocolate-candy-mall.com.
Thank you again for all of your kind words about my site. You've really made my day!
Blessings,
Angie
