Temper Wilton Chocolate?
I'm just starting the whole chocolate making thing, and I LOVE your site!! I'm glad you are enjoying Chocolate Candy Mall. Learning to make candy is so much fun. I hope you'll share your progress with us as you go along. You can upload photos and show off each new item you make. Now, to answer your question... ...No, you don't have to temper Wilton chocolate wafers when making molded chocolates or other types of candy. Just be careful not to heat the chocolate too high when melting. Can't wait to see what you make for your first project! ~ Angie |
