Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Spread

Sugarfree Chocolate Fudge Spread

Sugarfree Chocolate Fudge Spread

This sugar free fudge spread can be used as icing, used as an added ingredient when cooking, or just eaten as is.

Having a no fat, sugar free chocolate choice helps me alot. But sometimes I mix in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts. Occasionally I even throw in some no taste fiber.

Ingredients:

  • half cup cocoa powder
  • sugar free jelly or jam
  • Dixie Diners Sugar Not
  • Splenda
  • salt

Place cocoa in a 2 cup or larger container.

Add artificial sweetener. I put 2 teaspoons of "Sugar Not" and 2 packs of "Splenda." But that may be way too much for you. Try half as much to start and fix by adding more after mixing.

Add a little bit of salt for taste and mix well.

Finally, add a teaspoon of jelly and stir until moist. You can add more if you want a thinner spread or less if you want it thicker.

Extra tip: I also use Bell Plantation Powdered Peanut Butter and LorAnn Gourmet Flavorings to flavor my fudge spreads.

Thank you for letting me share my chocolate recipe with you. I hope you all will enjoy it!

A Great Chocolate Alternative For Those Cravings!
by: Angie

Joan,
Thanks for this idea for a sugar free fudge spread. It sounds like just the thing for those times when I am dying for some chocolate but am supposed to be "being good." Now I can do both. I look forward to trying this myself. Hope to see more ideas from you in the future.
