Roasted Carob Pods

I really need help in finding out what to do with a package of roasted carob pods. How do I make it into a powder?

Hi Sylvia,

I haven't done it myself, but I believe you can grind the roasted pods in a heavy duty blender and then use it in recipes for carob powder.

I have a Thermomix and it would grind them quite easily.

There may be some other suggestions so watch this space and see if other carob users can help you out.
