Raspberry Cheesecake Truffles

by Celeste
(Sandusky, Ohio)

How about Raspberry Cheesecake Truffles?

I enjoy chilled truffles and love both cheesecake and raspberry! I also have a wedding in August and am trying to come up with wedding favors. So why not swirl raspberry and cheesecake together and make it into a dark chocolate truffle? PERFECT!

That does sound perfect, Celeste! Do you have a recipe for the Raspberry Cheesecake Truffles? If so, please add it below by clicking on the "comments" link.

I know I, for one, would like to taste these Valentine treats. And, you're right. Why not make them for wedding favors? The only drawback would be that they'd have to be made fairly close to the date to maintain freshness.

If you can manage to allow for time to prepare them (or get someone else to do it for you) they would be a real treat to your guests. You can even get little cello bags and ribbon to put them in from Candyland Crafts.

Thanks for the delicious idea!
Angie
