Peppermint White Chocolate Bark

Here's a simple recipe for Peppermint White Chocolate Bark candy.

Ingredients Needed:

• white chocolate bark or white chips, etc.
  
• broken pieces of peppermint, which can be purchased by the bag at any candy store.

Simply melt some white chocolate in the microwave and add the pieces of peppermint. Make as much or as little as you want. Add as much or as little peppermint to your taste.


Pour this out onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. You can sprinkle more peppermint candy on top if you like.


Allow to cool and harden. Break into pieces and enjoy.
