Pareve Chocolate Wafers

by Candy Maker

I am looking for pareve chocolate wafer melts that don't have to be tempered.

Does anyone know of a brand of semisweet chocolate wafers that is kosher/pareve (No milk)?

Thank you!

Hi Candy Maker,

I don't know where you can get actual pareve wafers, but you can get pareve chocolate for melting and candy making, right here at Candyland Crafts.

They actually refer to at "parve chocolate" but it is just another spelling that means the same thing. :)

The chocolate is in bars, but they can easily be broken up for melting as needed.

Hope this is what you are looking for.
Blessings,
Angie

Tempered Dark Chocolate Parve Chocolate NEW

I presume the parve chocolate I linked to above at Candyland Crafts would already be tempered. As long as you don't overheat the chocolate to make it go out of temper, it should be good for you. I'm just guessing, but if you want to be certain, ask the folks at Candyland Crafts.

Blessings,
Angie

I also had to search high and low to find good parve melting chocolates. B"H I found Geffen parve Wonder Melts. They come in beautiful colors and melt beautifully in the microwave.
Good luck!

Parve Chocolate

No, I haven't tasted it. I suppose the only option if you are planning on using it for dipping/coating is to blend some other sweeter chocolate into it.

Maybe melting some of the white chocolate bar with it would make it less bitter and more sweet? Have you tried that?

Thank you. Have you tasted the shufra bittersweet bar? Is there anything I can add to make the taste less bitter? It tasted different to me than the semisweet chocolate I normally use for melting?
