Molded Chocolate Suckers

by JEEK
(Washignton, IL )

These molded chocolate suckers are simplicity while appreciated.

One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is to make swirled suckers.

You simply melt some white and chocolate bark in separate containers on the stove. Mix in a little peppermint extract for flavor.

Fill a lollipop candy mold half full with the chocolate and the other half with the white in each candy space.

Using a toothpick swirl each candy space containing the two different chocolates till it resembles a peppermint candy.

Let cool and serve.

Thanks Jeek!

You're right, they are quite simple to make but they are definitely appreciated by those you present them to.

If anyone wants to try making molded chocolate suckers, you can order chocolate candy molds at Candyland Crafts for just a couple of dollars. They also have little cello bags to cover them with if you'd like to give them as gifts.

Have fun!
Angie
