Mini Valentine Cake

This mini Valentine cake was made in 2 different size Pantastic pans. They are 3" and 2" cakes.

It's a Rainbow Sour Cream Cake covered with an orange buttercream icing, then covered with Red Vanilla Fondant.

The decorations on the cake are white Royal Icing.

Mmmmm. Adorable, Annette. It's just a lovely size so that you could make a number of them for a party if you wanted to give each person their own individual Valentines cake or even put them on a decorative platter to make Valentine centerpieces.


You could play around with the colors, too, if you want to get even more creative.
