Make Carob Chips

I would like to make carob chips using barley malt (malt, corn), fractionated palm kernel oil, carob powder, soy lecithin. I need a recipe. Can you help me? Thanks.

I don't have a recipe containing the ingredients you have listed. Those are pretty much the ingredients listed on store bought carob chips, so you might as well just buy the chips.

However, there is a recipe on how to make carob chips that you might be able to improvise with and substitute the ingredients you want to use.

I'm afraid it will have to be trial and error, but if you come up with a successful recipe, please share it so others looking for the same type of recipe for making carob chips from scratch will be able to benefit.
