What is the best way to store unopened candy wafers? And how long are they good for?

Hi Judy,

Here are some tips for how to store candy wafers:

1. Keep candy wafers in an airtight container (glass jar, tin, or plastic).
   
   
2. Keep candy wafers in a place where the temperature is moderate and doesn't fluctuate a lot, like the pantry.
   
   
3. Keep candy wafers away from anything with strong smells (scented candles, onions, potpourri, etc.). They absorb the smell of other things quite easily. Of course, be sure the container you use doesn't have leftover smells in it, too.
   

Candy wafers have a really long shelf life (sometimes years) if stored properly.
