How To Make Diabetic Chocolate Candy

I am a diabetic, and a chocolate lover. I'd like to learn how to make diabetic chocolate candy. I want to make molded chocolates at home that are not harmful for me.
What kind of chocolate should I buy to start with?
Please give me the detailed procedure so that I can make it without any difficulty.
Hi Sucheta,
There are good sugar free nuggets and wafers at
Candyland Crafts that can be used to make diabetic chocolate candy.
They also have a wide variety of candy making molds to choose from in all different shapes and sizes.
Once you have your molds and the sugar free chocolate, the rest is easy!
Simply melt the chocolate slowly over a double boiler. You can use a bowl over the top of a pot of water if you don't have a double boiler. It's important that you don't allow any water to get in the chocolate, though. It will cause the chocolate to go all funny and stiff.
Actually, if you have a microwave oven, you can even melt the chocolate wafers in there if you do it very slowly. That means stir it every 30 seconds so it doesn't burn. It doesn't take long at all.
Once the chocolate is melted, simply pour it into the desired molds and let it set. If the temperature is too warm, place the molds in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or so to let them set more quickly.
