I need to know how many cups of chocolate melts make 16oz.?

There's not really an "exact" amount I can tell you because it depends on the size and type of chocolate melts. I'd estimate about 2 1/2 cups, but I can't say for sure.


Do you have a scale? 16 ounces is 1 pound of course. Even if you don't have a kitchen scale, which would be ideal, you could use bathroom scales.


Just put an empty bowl on the scale and then calibrate it to zero. Then add as many chocolate melts as needed to get to 1 lb.
