How long can candy lollipops be made in advance?

I need to make 105 Easter lollipops for school children. This is March 21, and I have a 12 day range to have them delivered. Could I get started today? I live in OK, it's cold and snowy, and the NASCAR race is on. Should I say more? Bored!!!! Hi Vicki, You should easily be able to make your candy lollipops now and have them keep well until Easter. Just take the usual precautions. Keep them at a moderate temperature and away from strong smells.
