How do I use a 3d Chocolate Mold and add a cream filling?

by Uni

I've searched on line on how to use a 3d chocolate mold. I used it years ago with help but didn't really pay attention.

I've seen methods on clipping the mold together but when I last used it we made the 2 sides separate then attached them. That I remember but I didn't see how the filling got put in. What is the best method?

Is there a website that has great pictures and explains it well? Also I was planning on mixing Baily's Irish cream with the cream, what is the best method?

Thank You!

Hi Uni,

One of my favorite places to get chocolate candy mold instructions is One Stop Candle.

If you look on the navbar you'll see a button that says "Learn How." If you click on that you'll be taken to a page that has a section half way down that has a bunch of Chocolate Making Projects with instructions.

If your browse through those projects, I'm pretty sure you'll find some instructions on how to use 3D chocolate molds and make cream filled chocolates.

Hope you find what you need!
