Sweet Ideas For A Homemade Father's Day Gift
Looking for Homemade Father's Day Ideas? Here's a winner!
Our Krusaders at our church made these Father's Day Cards for all of the dad's and the kids handed them out.
You just need to get some strong poster-board and the right candy bars and you're on your way.
You can either write the message directly on the poster or you can print the words out on the computer and then cut and paste each word or section to the poster in the right place.
Dear Dads,
We had 100 GRAND to spend on you for Father's Day but we couldn't get to 5TH AVENUE because of the sunshine. So we decided to give you MOUNDS of wisdom instead:
1. Remember to keep God's Commandments it will bring a PAYDAY
2. Be wise as Solomon and gentle as a DOVE.
3. Make lots of memories with your family and be funny and make lots of SNICKERS.
4. Help your children to reach their fullest potential, far beyond MARS.
5. Lastly, remember to give your children lots of HUGS and KISSES.
Love you to PIECES,
from the Krusader's
They were a big hit with all the men.

Hi Krischa,
I love this Father's Day Card idea. You all did an excellent job. This was not only a cute gift from the church, but it's also a great way for kids to really get involved and make something homemade for a Father's Day gift and yet keep the costs way down.
As a Sunday School teacher myself, I'm always looking for homemade ideas for Father's Day, Mother's Day, etc., that the kids can create as take home items - and that won't break the bank!
I'm sure most dad's will love this one - especially when candy is involved. :)
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your idea for homemade Father's Day gifts to make. Superb!
Blessings,
Angie from Chocolate Candy Mall
