A Halloween Gift
Looking for a Halloween gift that will make someone smile? Here are some Halloween ideas to get you started. Don't be spooked; take a look around and see if something 'jumps out at you!'
I've got mixed emotions about Halloween. Because I am a Christian, I really don't like to give much attention to witches or anything that even remotely promotes witchcraft.
At the same time, I have fond memories of my childhood, going 'Trick-or-Treating,' bobbing for apples, and getting scared out of my wits while going through haunted houses with my dad.
As we grew older, we started celebrating the holiday of Halloween a bit differently. We started having a 'Harvest Party' instead of Halloween.
Still, my Mom's birthday is actually October 31, so the day is never without celebration. I don't particularly choose a Halloween themed gift for her. I like to look through the great sales at Carol Wright Gifts and see if I can find something I know she'll love.
But, I know many of you are looking for a present that is Halloween related.
There are some really cute items at Collectibles Today! They are even advertising Free Halloween Gifts with some purchases. They are worth checking out.
If you want Halloween ideas that are really yummy gifts, I'd have to suggest the variety of goodies at the Cookie HQ or Fannie May Candies. You are going to be tempted to get something for yourself! And why shouldn't you?
Another place to visit for a delicious candy gift, is the huge assortment at the Candy Crate. I'm sure you'll find more than enough to drool over.
Make A Gift For Halloween Maybe you'd rather just make a gift for Halloween. That can be really fun for you and the kids to do together. There are a variety of Halloween recipes to choose from that are spooky and creepy.
For something super simple, just get some chocolate and Halloween molds from either Candyland Crafts or One Stop Candle and make your own themed molded chocolates, chocolate lollipops, or chocolate covered pretzels.
You'll find fun items like brains, eyes, skull and crossbones, ghosts, bats, pumpkins, and more. If you get some colored melts you can even paint in the eerie details and make your chocolates extra special and delightful.
Have a deliciously scary time!
