Halloween chocolates are a tradition you just can't pass up!
Sure, you
need to be careful of the crazy people and your own overindulgence, but
don't deny yourself some Halloween treats.
You know by now
that I'm an absolute chocolate candy addict, so it's no surprise that I
love any legitimate excuse to splash out on some of my favorite treat.
Halloween fits the bill nicely! There's plenty of chocolate floating around this time of the year.
If you'd like to treat someone you love (or me!) to a surprise gift of Halloween chocolates scroll down to the bottom of the page for some really good selections.
If it's bulk chocolates for Halloween that you're after, you can pick up
very clever and interesting chocolates as well as everyone's favorite
chocolate Halloween treats.
You can actually buy creepy body shaped chocolates like brains, fingers, eyeballs, and more. How much would the kids love that!?
Did you know that you can also make your own homemade Halloween candy using chocolate Halloween molds? What a fun activity you could enjoy with your children or include as one of your party games.
If you'd rather make a Halloween chocolate gift, or something special for your Trick-or-Treaters, there are a number of Halloween recipes that are fun, spooky, and just plain delicious for you to choose from.
One of the quickest and easiest ways of making your own chocolates for Halloween is to use Halloween molds.
What
I love about molds is that they are really inexpensive (usually no more
than $2), and they can be reused for an unlimited number of times.
Another great thing about chocolate candy molds is that you can choose from such a wide variety of shapes.
What kind of Halloween molds are you looking for? Skulls, brains, ghosts, cats, pumpkins... ...you'll find those all as well as many others at Amazon, believe it or not.
You
can use regular chocolate chips for melting if you prefer, or pick up
some chocolate melts or wafers at the same place you get your molds.
They even have colored melts if you'd like to make orange and green
pumpkins or other Halloween colored chocolates.
Get the kids
involved and plan an afternoon full of fun and Halloween candy making.
They'll love it and it will be a fond memory they can look back on and
remember their childhood with joy.
