Fudge Is Grainy

My fudge is grainy. Is there any way to salvage it?I followed the recipe to a T and my fudge is grainy. Is it ruined, or can I do something to fix it?
Hi HBM,
Try putting your fudge back in the pot and adding a little evaporated milk to it. Bring it slowly back to the
soft ball stage.
When the fudge is ready, remove from heat and set the pot over a bowl of cold water to reduce the heat while you are stirring until the desired consistency is reached.
This is the only remedy I know of, so I hope it works for you and you can salvage your fudge.
