Fudge Didn't Harden
My fudge didn't harden!
The first batch I made I cooked too long, so I checked my thermometer (my new one) and it was off, so I adjusted the next batch and it didn't set up.
Is there anything I can do with it? Taste's good just soft. HELP!!!!!
Apart from using the soft fudge for something other than fudge - like frosting, ice cream topping, etc., the only other suggestion I can make is to try putting it back into the pan and heating it back up again.
This time you may want to test it using the cold water method on our candy syrup stages
Hope you can salvage your fudge. Even though if you don't get it to harden eventually, do use it for something else. It's just too yummy to waste! :)
