Fantasy Fudge

Combine:3 cups sugar, 3/4 cup butter, 2/3 cup (6 oz. can) evaporated milk. Bring to a rolling boil. Cook rapidly over medium heat stirring constantly for five minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces.

Add: 2 cups (7 oz.) marshmallow creme. Add nuts if desired. (I do not.) l tsp. vanilla

Beat until well blended.

Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 pan. Cool and cut into squares.

Quick and Easy Fudge - Just What I Like

Mmmm-Mmmm-Mmmm Now that looks like something I'll be making far too often. A bit tough to get the marshmallow creme here in Australia, but I'll improvise! I like mine without nuts, too.
