Molded Dark Chocolates

Just experimenting in the kitchen and I came up with these great molded chocolates. So far the reviews have been good ;)

Dark mint chocolate on the outside and a very creamy coconut interior. Yum.

My Method:

I used mint dark chocolate (from Wilton), and the center is a mix of butter, white chocolate, coconut, and icing sugar. I'm not sure of the amounts. I just played till it felt right. It's probably equal parts sugar and coconut and roughly equal parts white chocolate and butter... just play till it tastes good.

Although the recipe isn't clearly outlined, you can certainly use this idea or any of the other chocolate recipes on the site.

We'd really like to see photos of what you make when you're done if you are able to take them. :-)
