Molded Dark Chocolates
Just experimenting in the kitchen and I came up with these great molded chocolates. So far the reviews have been good ;)
Dark mint chocolate on the outside and a very creamy coconut interior. Yum. My Method:
I used mint dark chocolate (from Wilton), and the center is a mix of butter, white chocolate, coconut, and icing sugar. I'm not sure of the amounts. I just played till it felt right. It's probably equal parts sugar and coconut and roughly equal parts white chocolate and butter... just play till it tastes good.
