I really love dark chocolate candy, especially when I just want to sink my teeth into a bit of plain chocolate. Dark chocolate has that rich strong chocolaty taste that true chocolate lovers really appreciate.


And you know, of course, that the darker the chocolate, the better it is for you. Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants that help to keep your immune system strong. Can you believe even those in the medical profession these days recommend a little dark chocolate candy on a regular basis?


When I eat the darkest chocolate, I find I can be satisfied with a much smaller amount. It seems like the sugar content in the milk chocolate (as much as I love it) makes me want more and more - never satisfied.
