Coating Chocolate

(Colorado)

Do you know of a good place to purchase large amounts of coating chocolate, both in white and milk?

I am working for a company making a confection. We use chocolate coating, but the brand we use right now, buying at the local specialty store is not available to us except in Gigantic quantities.

So we are looking for something just as good, but in a smaller quantity and a low price?
Any ideas?

Will Wilbur Confectionary Wafers work for you as an appropriate chocolate coating for your projects? You can get them at good prices and a range of quantity sizes at Candyland Crafts. They also have Merckens Wafers which you can use for the white coating.

I would think either/both of these would work great for you since they don't have to be tempered.

If this won't do and/or you are looking for a particular brand, let me know and I'll see what I can find for you.
