Cinnamon Spiced Pecans

How long will homemade cinnamon spiced pecans stay fresh?
I made cinnamon spiced pecans for gifts. The recipe called for 1 egg-white along with the spices and then mixing in pecan halves. I baked for an hour at 250 degrees.
I am storing them in an airtight container and will be sending them out. Should I be concerned about the egg in the ingredients?

Oh! Those sound fantastic! Could you add the complete recipe using the comment link below? Pretty please? I know I wouldn't be the only person who would love it!
As for the egg white, I think you'll be perfectly fine sending these as gifts without having to worry about the egg content.
I've seen pavlova bases (baked meringue) sitting in the shops for weeks with no refrigeration whatsoever. I think the cooked egg whites are fine.
You've got some lucky friends to be receiving such a delicious treat.
