Chow Mein Spiders

by Katie
(Cleveland, OH)

We used to eat Chow Mein Spiders when I was a little girl! Easy enough for little ones to help Mom!

Needed:

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chow mein noodles
Mini candy coated chocolates (M&M's)

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips stir until smooth.

2. Stir in chow mein noodles until well coated. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.

3. Add two mini chocolates to each drop for eyes.

4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
