Chocolate Turning White On My Pretzels

I have been making candy items for quite awhile but I am having trouble with my chocolate turning white on my pretzels. The problem is with the chocolate turning white after the pretzels sit awhile. Please Help.

Usually chocolate turns white because of a separation of the fats and sugars when the temperature is too hot or cold.

How are you allowing the pretzels to set? Where are you storing them after they have set?

It sounds like you need to change where you are storing your chocolate covered pretzels. You want them to be in an even room temperature, not too hot or cold.
