Chocolate To Die For!

by John
(Scotch Plains, NJ USA)

Went to Antoinette Chocolatier for a class in Phillipsburg, NJ.

It was WONDERFUL!!!

We learned how to temper chocolate, roll truffles, fill chocolates and make roses!!!! All in one full 9-5 day.

In addition, we got to bring home everything we made.

It was a delightful day. The class size was six, so we got close attention. We worked all morning, had lunch at a delightful place called Cafe Verde, and worked all afternoon. Everything was included!!!!!

In addition to the class, the shoppe is beautiful and Antoinette's treats are chocolate to die for!!!! What makes this chocolate special is the fact that she will be your personal chocolatier and will make or design any flavor or any favor or any sculpture (yes, you should see these!) that you want.

You should check this out www.antoinettechocolatier.com
or call at 908-859-4545. They are located at 87 South Main Street in beautiful Phillipsburg, NJ

IT IS WORTH IT - BELIEVE ME !!!!

John

Hi John,

Thanks for the rave review. It's always nice when someone finds chocolate to die for and tells us about it. :)

It sounds like you had a great experience at the candy making class. That would be such a fun excursion for a day out, or even for something memorable to do with your teenager.

The next time I'm in New Jersey, I'll have to see if I can swing by and have a personal taste myself.

Thanks again for telling us all about Antoinette Chocolatier.

~Angie
