Chocolate Peanut Clusters

chocolate peanut clustersI love simple recipes! This Chocolate Peanut Clusters recipe is so quick and easy to make, you will have a smile on your face before you even take the first bite.

These chocolate nuts are a great way to whip up something quickly when you are looking for a homemade treat to take to someone for any occasion.

I like to use salty peanuts for this chocolate covered peanuts recipe because I really relish the blend of the sweet chocolate and salty nut flavors.

Chocolate Peanut Clusters

  • 12 ounces chocolate, chips or pieces
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups peanuts

Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler, stirring until smooth. If you'd like, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave by heating 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time. Do not overheat!

Remove chocolate from heat and stir in the condensed milk and the peanuts. Be sure to mix them well.

Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container. Yummmm!

If you know a chocolate covered peanut lover that you want to pamper, make this recipe for them and present it to them in a nice tin, canning jar, or candy dish wrapped in cellophane.

If you would like to order them online and have them delivered, I would suggest you check out Lake Champlain Chocolates.

Here are a couple of other delicious choices. Obviously, these are in bulk, but wouldn't you adore getting a nice big surprise like this? Of course, you can always use them for party favors or make up gift bags for special occasions or for your children's teachers.

Happy munching! Be sure to share. :)
