Remove cover and continue cooking without stirring until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234 degrees). Remove from heat, and add remaining butter, peanut butter, pecans, and vanilla (do not stir). In a large mixing bowl combine chocolate chips, butter pieces, marshmallow cream and vanilla. Pour liquid over chocolate mixture in bowl and stir until thoroughly blended. Pour into well-buttered 8 or 9 inch square pan. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts. Spread mixture into wax paper lined 8" square pan. In small saucepan, melt chocolate chips, remaining condensed milk and butter. Spread chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter mixture. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
