Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls Are Too Soft!
by Shannon
The insides of my chocolate peanut butter balls are too soft.
My chocolate coating turns out perfect. But I noticed that sometimes the peanut butter filling turns out too soft sometimes.
I like my peanut butter filling more on the stiffer side. I use the same ingredients every time, so I'm not sure why this happens.
Hi Shannon,
All you really need to do to make your sure your chocolate peanut butter balls aren't too soft is increase the amount of powdered sugar that you use.
Start by adding a little extra at a time and then mix well, adding more until you get a really stiff mixture to your liking.
I haven't made any chocolate peanut butter balls yet this year and now I've got the craving! :)
Blessings,
Angie
