Chocolate and fudge making are great ideas for your bakery. People have a hard time resisting the lure of well made chocolate.
What kind of questions do you need help with, apart from the measurements? Do you just need to know how to convert the recipes to imperial measurements?
If that's the only trouble you're having, just print a conversion chart like the one here
and laminate it for use in your kitchen.
