Chocolate Coverd Crickets

by Cricket Coverer
(Texas)

I didn't eat the chocolate covered crickets, but we made em. The chocolate was mud so that is why we didn't eat them. We had to drown them with mud first.

LOL! Yes, I remember the days of mud pies and imaginary chocolate covered critters. It was a lot of fun.

I'm glad as an adult that I get to eat the real thing - well, not chocolate crickets, but almost anything else covered in chocolate!

Believe it or not, you really can buy chocolate covered crickets. They have them as a novelty item at the Candy Warehouse. You even get a badge to wear that says, "I ate a bug!"

Not only that, the Candy Warehouse also has chocolate covered ants, chocolate covered insects, and many other unusually weird and wonderful candies.

Are you tempted?
