Chocolate Candy Nutrition Facts
The Good News Revealed

chocolate covered apple

If you are a chocolate lover, you will be thrilled to hear the latest chocolate candy nutrition facts. For years I have been warned against chocolate. You know the complaints.

"It's bad for you."
"Chocolate gives you pimples."
"Chocolate is full of caffeine." And so forth...

Well, the good news is that more and more researchers are discovering that chocolate really isn't all that bad. As a matter of fact, there are actual reports on the health benefits of chocolate. I was pleased to discover that chocolate candy, in moderation, can be good for you.

The old tales of all that caffeine in chocolate are highly exaggerated. The truth is not as grave as that.

If you are concerned about being allergic to chocolate, it is possible, but very unlikely. You may simply be sensitive to a particular ingredient in the chocolate candy.

The latest chocolate candy nutrition facts available state that there are genuine health benefits of chocolate, specifically dark chocolate.

I say, "Hurray!" We can all enjoy a sampling of our favorite treat and then piously declare we are eating it for our health. Sounds good to me! :)
