A Chocolate Candy Centerpiece
A chocolate candy centerpiece is a clever idea for decorating any holiday table. Try your hand at this rather simple but lovely decorating or gift idea.
No matter the holiday, it is an opportunity to use a chocolate candy decoration for your centerpiece. You can simply follow the directions for making a chocolate candy wreath, and then set in on the table perhaps with a candle in the center or a small bowl of nuts or, of course, more chocolate. :)
How To Make A Candy Centerpiece - Another way to make a centerpiece is to use a styrofoam form. These are available at most craft and fabric stores. I have purchased them at JoAnn Fabrics.
 - You will also need to purchase floral picks. They come with a wire attached which makes it quick and easy to attach the chocolate candy pieces. You can get all the craft bits you need to make this project at JoAnn.com.

- Last, but definitely not least, is the wrapped chocolate candy pieces. Choose your favorite wrapped chocolates, or select candies that are wrapped in a color theme that you want to use.
- Secure your chocolates, 2-3 pieces at a time to the wired picks and insert them into your foam form. Repeat the process until your form is completely covered.
 - If you want, you can add a single ribbon for decoration at one end, or perhaps weave a ribbon throughout the centerpiece.
For Valentine's Day or other special occasions, try a heart shaped form for a more romantic look.
