Carob Sesame Balls

Carob Sesame Ball Recipe

  • 1/2 cup carob powder
  • 1/2 cup organic creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Scoop out by teaspoonfuls and form into balls.

  3. Roll balls in additional sesame seeds or crushed peanuts, pecans, almonds, etc.

  4. Place on waxed paper lined tray and refrigerate to chill. Store in an airtight container.
