How do you make carob covered almonds and rice cakes?

I think the easiest way would be to melt carob chips and then dip your almonds or rice cakes in the melted carob and place them on a waxed paper lined baking tray to set.


That should be fairly simple. I put the link to the melting carob instructions and tips that others have left because some people have a little difficulty melting carob.
