How do i make my own carob chocolate?? Hi Breana, What kind of carob chocolate are you interested in making? Joanna just added a recipe for making homemade carob chips using carob powder. Is that what you had in mind? You don't necessarily have to make chips with it. You can use the same recipe and put the carob chocolate mixture in chocolate candy making molds. That way your carob chocolate will be in any shape you choose. If you want a more specific answer, just provide more details for us in what you are trying to accomplish. :-) Angie
