"Carob Chocolate" Texture

Hi, I'm Renata from Brazil.
I've tried to make a carob chocolate using carob powder but it's not lasting its solid texture.
Do you know what I mean? Itīs like it melted every time I touch it. The ingredients I used are...
3/4cup carob powder
1/4 cup fructose
1 cup of coconut oil
I'd appreciate if somebody give me a hint!
