Candy Coloring

by M McKinney
(Cardington, Ohio)

Help! How do you get the candy coloring in the little creases like a butterfly mold?

The easiest way to color in the details of your mold is to use a little paint brush. Just pick up a new pack of the mini paint brushes at the dollar store or Walmart and dip them in the melted candy coloring of your choice.

Be sure to let each color of candy melts to set/dry before adding another color so that the colors don't smear or blend.

Making molded chocolate candy is a lot of fun and you can get really creative filling in the details.

Show off your finished molded chocolates here when you get them done.

Have fun!
