Candy Bar Card for Pastor Don

The kids at church made this chocolate candy bar card for Pastor Don's birthday last Sunday. The kids had a great time trying to come up with creative and clever sayings to create a card that made sense.

Here's what they ended up with...

Dear Pastor Don,

We want to give you this mo-Mento to BOOST your spirits and make you SNICKER on your birthday!!
If we travel the MILKYWAY we'd never find a better (Fisherman's)FRIEND even if we went to MARS!
Your preaching is EXTRA STRONG helping us get in MINT condition for God!
You're a WHITE KNIGHT (without armour) at heart!
We love you!

Happy Birthday!!!

And, of course, they all signed it and drew smiley faces and hearts.

I think Pastor Don loved getting it as much as the kids loved making it! Though some of the children didn't want to actually part with the candy. :)
