Can you tint white chocolate? I need Miami Dolphin colors.

Yes, you can tint white chocolate. You don't want to use water based food coloring because it will ruin the chocolate and make it all stiff and unworkable.


You need to get oil based colors or paste that is suitable for coloring chocolate. You can find them at Candyland Crafts.


It sounds like you are going to make some fun chocolates for a party. :) I hope you'll take some photos and show them off for us here when you get them finished. We'd love to see them.
