Bulk Chocolate Dark

If you are looking to stock up on bulk chocolate dark candy, I can certainly understand why. 

I adore dark chocolate of all sorts, the more the merrier. I simply can't get enough of the stuff.

When I was young, I wasn't a big fan of dark chocolate, but as I aged, so did my taste buds.  ;) 

I think it was really during my college years that I fell in love with dark chocolate in particular.  It all started with Hershey's Special Dark candy bars.  By boss loved those and usually had some in his office as gifts from students.

Thankfully, he was generous of heart and used to share them with his secretaries - one of the perks of the job! 

It wasn't until much later that I discovered that dark chocolate has plenty of  known health benefits.

I suppose you could say it is the most "acceptable" member of the chocolate family. :)  I've eaten quite a variety of different brands of dark chocolate in my time, as well as different depths of chocolate.

You probably already know that chocolate is measured by the percentage of cocoa solids in the final chocolate.  The higher the percentage, the darker the chocolate.

Chocolate is so versatile you can use it for a variety of different purposes. It is wonderful for making different dark chocolate candy recipes. Melted it makes a divine fondue, or dipped fruit, like chocolate covered strawberries.


You could utilize candy making molds to make wonderful shaped chocolates or cream filled candies. You are really only limited by your imagination. Well, actually, not even that will limit you, because you can use ideas from other people. :)


If you need to make a whole lot of chocolate sweets, you probably should consider wholesale dark chocolate. By planning ahead and buying in bulk, you can save money and still get a really good quality chocolate.


One of my absolute favorite ways to eat chocolate is just as it is. Maybe that makes me a bit boring, but Mmmmm mmmmm, it sure is good!
