Aunt Grace's Peanut Butter Fudge

Here's a recipe for my Aunt Grace's Peanut Butter Fudge.
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
Stir together in heavy-bottom saucepan (2 qt. size) over med-low heat stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved (should be about the time the butter melts). Cook to
soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add:
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Beat until it begins to thicken and pour into a butter dish. Let cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Mmmm! Thanks Ann! I'm really looking forward to trying this one. I'm supposed to be dieting, but I have a feeling I'll be preparing this before the night is over! :)
